Cancellations & Returns
- An order can be cancelled before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Normally we ship all orders within 24 business hours so call or email us as soon as you have decided to cancel the order.
- In case order has been shipped, the order can't be cancelled. However, if you do not wish to accept the order simply do not accept the shipment and the courier company will send the shipment back to us. Once we have received and inspected the shipment, we will initiate a return if you had placed a pre-paid order. In case of Cash on Delivery order, no further action will be required.
We understand that there might be rare times when you are not completely satisfied with your ordered product and might want to return or exchange it.
Worry not! We got you covered.
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case of wrong or damaged product received, we should be informed within 48 hours of order delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are perishable goods, intimate in nature, sanitary goods, cosmetics and beauty products, free gifts or promotional items, lingerie, innerwear, swimwear, socks and other such intimate clothing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer in case of request for return or exchange is raised.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Partially fulfilled order.
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We may offer to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the exchange is not available, we shall refund the amount paid by you once returned order has been received and inspected by our team. You may consecutively place a fresh order for the same or different product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We will arrange return pickup if such facility is provided by our courier partners at your given address. If no such facility is available at your pincode/area, You will be responsible for return shipping..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product or return pickup FE to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for packing the return shipping as well as it was shipped to you so it reaches us without any transit damage.

How do I return?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
